Is there anything I can do to make it easier for her, it can be a nightmare with her & technology Re: Do Engineers keep to appointments Correction, I obviously read the advert wrong no Sky Sports only the free channels, still not bad £31 for 2 years Re: Can't get home phone to work.. What hub are you using? if it’s Hub5x thats the new XPON connection doesn’t support telephony, you have buy a 3rd party adapter, they’re quite cheap, you are given a new number but can’t port your old one to them so you don’t lose it. Re: Do Engineers keep to appointments Update, the engineer rang me to say he’ll be here in 45mins, arrived early, did the pole work then the installation, overall took about 2 hours, we've now got 400 Mbps superb, oh forgot to say Flex box also installed, Sky Sports plus Internet £31 for 2 years Do Engineers keep to appointments As above, we’ve got an appointment booked for today between 1 & 6pm, it’s an XPON area & the connection will be done from a pole several other houses have been done without issue, it said that the work outside will have to be done before the inside installation, but outside hasn’t been done yet. I spoke to VM twice & they say it’ll all be done on the day, do you think it will be? Hopefully it will🙏🙏
