As above, we’ve got an appointment booked for today between 1 & 6pm, it’s an XPON area & the connection will be done from a pole
several other houses have been done without issue, it said that the work outside will have to be done before the inside installation, but outside hasn’t been done yet.
I spoke to VM twice & they say it’ll all be done on the day, do you think it will be?

Update, the engineer rang me to say he’ll be here in 45mins, arrived early, did the pole work then the installation, overall took about 2 hours, we've now got 400 Mbps superb, oh forgot to say Flex box also installed, Sky Sports plus Internet £31 for 2 years
