Does anyone know why there is an orange light in my 360 box and how can this be fixed as there is no problem with internet connection 
I have ordered an upgrade from v6 to 360 but no email confirmation has been emailed after 48 hours, rang virgin yesterday they said wait another 24 hours still nothing has happened.
Hub 3 red light can it be replaced please
