Hi, my Virgin 360 box is working perfectly and when we got it there has always been the orange solid light and the box makes loud noises. Can this be replaced and if so will all channels stay on the new box from the old box

Can you try rebooting it to see if that helps?
Is the box in an open space and well ventilated?
If the issue persists, then please respond to my PM📩 and we can get an engineer visit arranged so the box can be replaced.
