Had to make a complaint to them before they did anything about it. Re: Modem mode, mesh and TV 360 box You 360 box will need to connect to your Mesh router (Deco X10). With the Virgin Hub in modem mode, you should not plug anything into it except for your Mesh router. If you have an ethernet port on your Deco X10 for network access, plug the 360 box into that, if there is no network port then you will need to connect the 360 box to your mesh wifi network wirelessly. Re: Impossible to get through to report broken equipment The IVR they now use it terrible, i seems to be design in such a way to prevent the option of speaking to someone. I've found the only way to get through to a human is attempting to connect the cancellations team, even that can take about 15 minutes to get through the IVR. Re: Does anyone like their TV 360? Nope, there are too manly flaws with it compared to the previous setup with the Tivo and looks like VM aren't bothering to update or fix any of the issues users are having with it. Re: Website users from Virgin Media can't access my website, DNS resolution gives the wrong IP Is the website using the IPv6 protocol? If it is, that would explain why Virgin Media customer can't connect and others can. BT can accept IPv6 websites, but Virgin Media still can't. Re: Virgin TV 360 - what I can’t do now! Your not the only one regretting the change. I've had the "Upgrade" nearly 2 years. Still regretting the change. Re: Need a 360 remote so I can upgrade Do yourself a favour, avoid the 360 software, its a downgrade from the Tivo. Unable to recover deleted shows, doesn't work properly without a broadband connection (or hotspot connection) its a step backwards. I've had it for well over a year and i miss the Tivo and its user friendliness. Re: TV360 part I'm assuming its this Virgin Media TV Broadband Splitter to 2x Ethernet and looks like they are being sold on Ebay like this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335749729805? Re: my logging is showing lot of dos scans Most of those "Attacks" are false positives. Google, Amazon (and loads of big official websites and services) normally ping your kit then routers log them as "attacks" when they aren't. Specially Netgear routers. Nothing to worry about and they won't be impacting your broadband. Re: Hub3 360TV and IPhone WiFi I've been getting those issues also since moving to the 360 (wish i had stuck with the TIVO). I've have the HUB 4 and still getting the same issues, even with it being in modem mode using my own router. I suspect a New HUB probably won't fix your issue.
