Thanks Ken we have a long hdmi lead and adaptor arriving today so I ll connect her iPad to the tv to see if she can watch live from the bbc iPlayer app comments above about not possible in France but will be in Tenerife so no difference there- we used many apps in Tenerife before so will have to google to see if the no use comments from helpers here are correct17Views0likes0CommentsiPad Pro to tv help
Hi all Unsure whether this 77 year old non techie is posting this in the right place asking for help so my other half can relax after cancer surgery we are going on holiday but whilst the small villa we have rented has WiFi but only French tv channels on the tv she has BBC iPlayer on her iPad Pro and we understand we can use air play on it to watch bbc programmes from the app on the tv there We have no idea how to use Air play on her iPad to do this😭 the alternative is to connect her iPad to one of the tv’s hdmi sockets and we have a long lead to do this but no idea how to Watch programs from the app on the tv any step by step help on either of the 2 alternatives to watch from the bbc iPlayer app on her iPad on the tv would be appreciated thanks Dawn and Dawn133Views0likes6CommentsTiVo box and LG TV remote issue

A basic question from a 77 year old non techie our new Panasonic air conditioning units App works on a router speed of 2.4 the router is set at 5.0 but is changeable to 2.4 So can it be changed to 2.4 to get the Panasonic App installed on my iPhone and then put back to 5.0 so that the WiFi cameras and Hive heating works ( they don’t work on the 2.4 setting) if this fails our air con engineer suggests using a different router can I ask members thoughts on this different router idea thanks385Views0likes4CommentsWill getting the VM connect app solve my problem
I’ve already posted that the Panasonic comfort cloud app that I have to use to connect our new Panasonic air conditioning system will not connect to our WiFi which is good with 3 pods ensuring the wireless security cameras + app and the Hive app all work wireless Panasonic say I should change the router signal on our VM hub from 5 ghz to 2.4 to get their app to connect the air conditioner to the hub if I do this I am concerned the loss of speed will affect the use of my camera and hive apps will installing the VM Connect app be a solution so I can use the Panasonic app on my phone to control its air conditioning thanks in advance from a 77 year old non techieSolved504Views0likes2CommentsRe: Any tips for connecting a Virgin Media Hub 5 to a Mitsubishi air-conditioning/heat-pump unit
i asked a similar question as cannot connect the Panasonic air conditioning to my iPhone via the VM hub Panasonic say as said below too change the 5ghz- whatever that is to 2.4 i have no idea how to do this and if that’s done so I can use the Panasonic app will it affect my 8 WiFi security cameras inside and out and my hive heating, both of which I control with their apps on my phone I already have 3 VM pods around the house and that ensures the wireless cameras and hive apps work perfectly thanks for any offered help as my individual post about this has got no replies yet and I am a 77 year old non techie381Views0likes0Comments
