Even if VM's change had worked, to introduce this without warning or explanation would be unacceptable and beyond the pale. However, it is clear this this revamp has not worked it is therefore beyond unacceptable and beyond beyond-the-pail. The old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Unfortunately VM is only interested in upselling. They are experts in fobbing off and pretending not to understand. I'm not sure what the opposite of "can do attitude" is but Virgin excel in this. Branson advocated putting oneself in the customer's shoes to genuinely understand and solve their problems, to generate loyalty and satisfaction. I've neither experienced or heard of this attitude in modern times - big shame.172Views0likes1Comment
