The message I get on my Android tablet is 'Only available at home'. 'Only available on Virgin TV Box' is what I get on my Windows 11 PC and I understand that is expected. I cleared the data, cache and app from my tablet then re-booted and re-installed. However, the problem remains. I then installed the app on my Android mobile (Moto M24) and the problem is not evident there. I note that the mobile is running Android 14 while the latest version for the tablet is Android 13. TV Go issue This marked as solved but no explanation is posted. I have the same problem running Virgin TV Go on an Adroid tablet connected to the same home Wlfi as my Virgin 360 system. Re: TV Go issue When I click on Saved I get a list of all recorded programs of various types but when I click on any of them it is labelled 'Only on Virgin TV box'. Re: TV Go issue I don't have any third party devices - just a Virgin Hub 5 + pods. The suggested reboot of everything hasn't changed the situation. I was formerly able to use the tablet to access recordings before the switch to 360 and Hub 5. Re: Wifi Pods - how to order I managed to speak to somebody at Virgin today. They weren't interested in the results from VM Connect and said they needed to see the output from samknows.com before I could be sent a pod to which my package entitles me. I was told to find a spot in the house where there's only one bar and run the samknows test. This returned a result of 1.61 and qualified me to receive a pod, now ordered. i will have to repeat the process after it arrives to prove I need another one. Re: Wifi Pods - how to order I have upgraded to the Gig1 package and the hub speed is as advertised. However, VM Connect confirms signal strength is 'poor' in some parts of the house and it can't even be measured in others as the connection drops altogether. I have one pod and hope the two more to which I'm entitled under my contract will fix the problem but, as found by others, requesting them isn't made easy. Can somebody at Virgin help ? iPlayer, ITVX Intermittently, free apps such as iPlayer and ITVX just present a blank screen. Paid for apps such as Netflix and Prime are fine. I can however get to iPlayer etc by returning to my old Samsung TV control the I used under Tivo and using the Smarthub button. 2 boxes - is it possible to only list recordings requested on the box being used Before the 360 upgrade MyShows listed recordings specifc to the room where they were triggered.
