Landline over Ethernet not working My landline has been converted to work from the hub and has been fine for some time. However, it stopped some time this week - someone could not contact us on the line so I checked it today and there is no dial tone and lots of crackling. I can get a dial tone if I disconnect the telephone cable from the back of the hub and then reconnect it but the phone does not work. my phones are cordless, but I have tried two different base stations in the master socket. I have restarted the hub. I have had 3 goes at phoning support from my mobile, but cannot get anywhere with the bot. She either starts asking for my credit card details or takes me back to the main menu. Is there a way to get somebody to help - I.e. bypass the support bot? thanks, Alan SolvedRe: I cannot schedule recordings from the Guide or the TV Go app Hi Daniel they didn't work for me (I didn't do a reset as I didn't want to lose everything again), however, I have found a solution. I uninstalled TV Go from my iPad, rebooted the iPad and re-installed TV Go - it worked. The app still did not work properly on my Android phone, so I did the same uninstall, reboot, re-install and it worked. Perhaps this solution will work for others. I can now set recordings from the guide on the TV (sometimes) but setting them from the app on my iPad tells me the 360 box is offline when I try to set up a recording, even when I am watching something using the 360 box. The box is wired ethernet. Streaming works, and I can pause and rewind live TV. The only thing that doesn't work is setting up recordings using the app on my iPad and my Android phone, come to that. I cannot schedule recordings from the Guide or the TV Go app. Existing recordings work, I just cannot schedule any new ones. I log in with my VM credentials, but on updating I am just taken back to the previous screen, and I am not logged in. Re: Getting wifi pods The pod arrived today and I have it up and working in my 2nd floor study connected by ethernet to my ground floor hub. I get 650 mbs in my study and reasonable speeds in all the rooms on the east side of my house where the hub and pod are. My study will not see the hub wifi with further assistance. I still have a problem on the west side with no signal in my dining room, which I used to use as an ad hoc study. I will keep the tenda mesh going there until I can get a second pod. I gather I have to wait a week before I can order another. I will keep the Tenda stuff in a box in case I need it, @Client62. Thank you for your comment. Alan
