My virgin media sign up Hello, I'm going around in circles, I'm trying to sign in to my virginmedia app, user my email address, tried all passwords I can think of, it says username or password incorrect, so I tried forgot password link, it asks for your email address that you account is under. I put that, now it says put the correct email address, I have many times checked and double checked it's right. So next option is forgot email link, it asks for your account number area number. No, they were not very helpful at all. They wanted to sell me more packages for more money, that I don't need. Hello I've just tried getting a better deal, only to be offered one that is more expensive, than what I have now. Granted there was extra channels, but don't want them as I wouldn't use them. Anyway looking at my account, I have a renewal quote in there waiting which isn't too bad, could be better, but I cannot sww if it has my 2nd box in with it.
