Can someone confirm something for me.

Hello

I've just tried getting a better deal, only to be offered one that is more expensive, than what I have now. Granted there was extra channels, but don't want them as I wouldn't use them.

Anyway looking at my account, I have a renewal quote in there waiting which isn't too bad, could be better, but I cannot sww if it has my 2nd box in with it. 

Please could someone check this and let me know please.

      Thanks for replying.

      No, they were not very helpful at all. They wanted to sell me more packages for more money, that I don't need.

      When I sign into my VM, there is a renewal deal in there, this is what I want to clarify, if it covers my 2nd box,

    The person I spoke to on the after I had posted this, was for a fault, which they sorted.

      The deal on that link will state what is included, if there is no second box there it would not include this.

      It will list in bullet points and you will also get a summary of what this includes.

    Thanks, i don't think it shows the 2nd box, neither does my contract information of what I have now. But I have 2 boxes live.

    Anyway I'm trying now to log into my virgin media to double check, but that's now playing up. 

    I'm have a fair amount of patience but this is testing me. 

    Another long term customer, ex cable and wireless considering leaving.
