Hi I am the email address user of the email address that Fay is talking about, the main account is clearly still active and paying a subscription so there is no reason for VM to have deleted the account and yet they seem to of done exactly that! I will ask her to do that. Hi, Since yesterday morning my ntlworld account has not been working, I assumed it was the same issue as everyone else was having but I still have no emails still today. The address is a secondary account so I got the account holder to call today as they wont speak to me, they said that the email address has been deleted!! Apparently it has been in the news so we should know about it.... if that is true its is absolutely scandalous that VM have not contacted me before deleting an email account that is over 20 years old. I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or they are just trying to fob me off. Thanks in advance. Dan261Views0likes11Comments
