Old equipment returns
I have various old boxes and remotes. I have read there could be charges if these aren't returned. Is there a procedure I have no suitable boxes and how do I document the equipment

Broadband speed
I have been a virgin customer for 10 years. I currently am out of contract and am looking to upgrade for faster Broadband. But reading on here is anyone actually happy with the service and speeds, it doesn't look like it.

Slow Broadband
Noticing my computer reacts slowly which I guess is broadband related? Any news sites are almost impossible to use due to the advertising. Listening to music on say U Tube often results in buffering. I have reset the router a couple of times, and when I use Virgin's own testing system no problems come up. Any ideas?

I have lost access to emails for 48 hours, this seems to happening a lot with Virgin. Recently it was down for about 4 days. Are we entitled to compensation.
