Slow Broadband

Noticing my computer reacts slowly which I guess is broadband related? Any news sites are almost impossible to use due to the advertising. Listening to music on say U Tube often results in buffering. I have reset the router a couple of times, and when I use Virgin's  own  testing system no problems come up. Any ideas?

  • Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061. Also try again with the laptop in Safe Mode.

    When 1 computer is slow is usually a Windows or a bloated security package issue.

    Performing a Shut down or sign out >> Restart on the computer
    is usually more help than messing with the VM Hub.
