Contact customer service and tell them you have a damaged omnibox and they will do a special request to get it fixed and asking the tech has access to get to it you don’t need to be in when they come to fix it Vm landline 150 or non vm landline 0345 ...
You can wait for a mod but if you want it done urgently customer service can do it it’s an easy fix either way.
