Hello Tom I am not too worried about the bbc 3 issue, as the same happens with TNT Sports that you cannot watch recorded programmes on the TV GO app. My main issue is that since I ran the update to the app a few weeks ago I am now UNABLE to delete a recording on the APP once I have watched it and the other day I was out away from home and I tried to set a programme to record using the app and this did not work either. Both of these facilities were available to me prior to the update. I am using an Apple iPad and a Samsung s21. On another note I received an email from virgin yesterday advising me to upgrade my hub to a hub 4, which I have ordered, but I don’t see how this will change the app???40Views0likes1CommentRe: Latest update to ‘GO’ app
Hi newapollo thanks for the reply and the reason about bbc programmes, but I have tried again this morning to set a recording on the GO app and it just gives me a failure message after a couple of minutes and I get a similar message when trying to delete a programme from my Saved area. it happens both on my iPad and my Samsung phone. thanks58Views0likes1CommentLatest update to ‘GO’ app
Has anyone had the same problem after the last update to the GO App. I am no longer able to delete a recording on the app and I am also unable to select RECORD on any programme on any tv channel. This is very frustrating as I use the app quite a bit and like to be able to use these two features. Hi thanks for your reply. I am not sure about the IT system at work, I believe that virgin have removed the download option because I can not even watch the download at home. With regard to BBC3, I can watch BBC 1,2,4 recordings at home but not BBC3 programmes and I just wondered why. Is it VM being lazy ?? Thanks939Views0likes0CommentsAvailable programmes on the GO app
Can some please answer the following questions…… 1/ I downloaded the Equalizer 3 film to the app whilst at home to watch at work, however when I get to work and go to my Downloads on the app it says it is not available…..why?? 2/ Why can I not watch A recording of Top Gear on BBC 3?? 3/ How come I can watch TNT Sports programmes on the live TV section of the App but I am NOT able to watch a recording of the Gallagher Premiership Rugby. Hello Martin I called 150 and got through eventually to someone in VM customer services and gave them the details of my complaint. I was told someone would contact me within 48/72 hours but as expected, no one has made contact !!!!!! Hello Martin Thank you for getting in touch. My complaint is to do with your Indian Call Centre. Firstly they call and when I tell them I am happy with my package and the payments and ask them to not call again and end the call within 2 days they call again,I do the same again and end the call within two days they call AGAIN. This time I listen to what they have to say and this is the MAIN part of my complaint, the woman I spoke to just would not listen to me when she wanted to give me a SIM card for O2 I quite clearly said I did NOT want one she then asked what spend limit I wanted so I said several times I did not want one she then said she would set the limit to zero, she was so persistent and just had to read her script to me. The next day I get a SIM card from O2 along with a text telling me my monthly bill for the SIM card was £22.41!!!!!!!! I then had to call O2 to get it cancelled and I am currently waiting for a call back from o2 to get the cancellation finalised. This is totally unacceptable behaviour she said the call was recorded it happened around late morning or early afternoon on Monday19th Feb, this has caused me no end of stress in trying to get through to her to try and say no and also get through to o2 where I was on the phone to them last night for over 30 mins. She also said that if I refer someone to virgin I get £50 so I quite clearly said to her I would NOT be referring anyone to Virgin. If I could have a sky dish on my house I certainly would after being treated like this after being with Virgin for over 20 years.6KViews0likes3Comments
