They worked fine but are only wifi 5 compatible. I called up and spoke to an agent and asked if I could upgrade to the black pods. She seemed to think it might be a pod issue and not a wifi 5/6 issue so sent out a replacement, another old white pod. Well this pod doesn't connect at all and has rendered my 2 other pods useless too. I'm pretty sure this entire issue would be fixed if someone could actually get me 3 black pods but for some reason they're literally impossible to get. Any ideas? Thanks. The new black WiFi Pods: how do I upgrade the pods I have to the black ones? So recently I've found out that the old white WiFi pods don't offer WiFi 6 unfortunately, and I currently have 3 of them in the house. They do work fine with my new Hub 5 but of course only with WiFi 5. Hopefully these new pods will extend the range and boost the speed upstairs where it is most lacking. Could a mod help me with this please? Thanks. Re: Hub 5 isn't using WiFi 6 Oh that's interesting. I suppose they're not widely available yet as the guy I spoke to at CS said these white ones were the latest out. Re: Hub 5 isn't using WiFi 6 So after talking to VM CS it turns out the WiFi pods aren't WiFi 6 compatible and that's the issue. Very odd. Hub 5 isn't using WiFi 6 I received and set up my new Hub 5 a couple weeks ago, and for the first hour the little number 6 showed up next to the WiFi signal indicator. It was there for about an hour and hasn't been seen since. Looking at the stats it says WiFi 5. Any ideas on how to get it back to 6? Thanks.
