Wifi pods not working at all
So I've had 3 pods plugged in for maybe the last year now. They worked fine but are only wifi 5 compatible. I called up and spoke to an agent and asked if I could upgrade to the black pods. She seemed to think it might be a pod issue and not a wifi 5/6 issue so sent out a replacement, another old white pod. Well this pod doesn't connect at all and has rendered my 2 other pods useless too. I'm pretty sure this entire issue would be fixed if someone could actually get me 3 black pods but for some reason they're literally impossible to get. Any ideas? So recently I've found out that the old white WiFi pods don't offer WiFi 6 unfortunately, and I currently have 3 of them in the house. They do work fine with my new Hub 5 but of course only with WiFi 5. Hopefully these new pods will extend the range and boost the speed upstairs where it is most lacking. Could a mod help me with this please? Thanks.
