Was sick of the slow menus and UI. Seems quite responsive now though wish apps would do better such as A TV+ and iPlayer they are still quite slow compared to Netflix and prime interfaces. Hub 4 internet keeps dropping Hi all, As above hub keeps flashing white then steady white and repeating the process every 5mins or so. We’ve had it flashing blue a few times also. The box is less then 12 months old and before this update was the standard Red - as I said box operation is normal . Tv360 future following coax being replaced? With the eventual rollout of fibre in current Coax areas what will happen with the 360? If you’re getting pixelation then there’s a connection issue between your TV box and VM. Are all connections tight and no visible breaks. I would get engineer to take a look as could just need adjusting in the cabinet. Re: Installed Superhub 5 and WiFi Pod and VM Connect App Not Working This is a known issue - We was told by a VM representative on here there looking at fixing the issue but no timescale at present. The Hub will work fine on its own but its just the Pod mesh system which probably won't work until the issue is rectified. Re: HUB 4 UI unresponsive Jumping on this thread. I am too having this issue with Hub 4 where I cannot access the settings page, the VM connect app isn’t able to find the hub or my Pod. Before this happened the app kept insisting It needed to optimise settings before I could use the app. Since this has failed I am having intermittent WiFi and am not able to rectify this as nothing is working. If this is an issue with model rather then a 1 off hub can I get it swapped out for a hub 5.
