I already have this setup but nothing really shows against the dropout times. Loss of connection at same time every day My connection drops every day at 1612 BST (and it was 1512 during GMT). It’s frustrating when you’re on a Teams meeting and this happens. As far as I can tell it’s not related to my VPN as it happens on other devices too. It’s also started to happened in the morning around 1040 too. What’s the best way to get VM involved in troubleshooting the issue? Nobody from VM has got back to me via this forum so I’ve tried to call the phone number. As expected this just goes round in circles as there are no obvious phone menu options to choose and the ones I’ve tried tangentially keep taking me back to a useless AI bot. Maybe someone helpful at VM ( there used to be some!) will see this and try and post a link here? Move cable entry point I'd like to move my cable entry as the TV is on the other side of the room and the current cable is untidy as it passes alongside the fireplace. I've read on here that VM can do this based on a £25 callout. Hopefully an admin will spot this and post a link as I can't find anything on the VM website. Solved
