It started with the 360 box and now also the mini box. Rebooting the boxes makes no difference. When I called the tech line they for some reason transferred me to gadget rescue? I was then transferred back to tech support….they could not help and said the issue has been escalated. This is very frustrating as I have kids with special needs that rely on tv apps. I won't bother with a wifi pod again as I reckon since I plugged that in....it all went haywire. Also, I am still not able to see my hub on the Connect app (Hub not found). Thanks Connect App forcing me to optimise wifi All started this morning. Kept receiving a pop up stating that the network needs to be optimised to One wi-fi. The network was not perfect prior to this so I thought optimising my network might improve things further…this actually made my network unstable. It’s now dropping out every few seconds. When I go into the Connect app, it can no longer find my hub. What is going on and how does one-wifi work?
