Is it just a new power supply you need you can check by using the one from your 360 main box. If it's not the power supply they will send an engineer.
You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

It is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone…keep being disconnected. Or my account details are not being recognised. Is the system down?

After fiddling with the power supply, it’s back up and working. Second time this month it has happened. Looks like a faulty power brick.
