It's probably just you.😉 Re: Hub 4 Overheating I disagree with your interpretation of the use of Trading Standards and subsequent advice concerning the individual, maybe problematic, router. Re: Hub 4 Overheating 'please make a (quick) report to Trading Standards''' Why? The router is the property of Virgin Media and if it is found to be faulty they will replace it. What has it got to do with Trading Standards? Re: Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app Since 30 September 2024 I have had web access from my Hub4. Presumably some sort of update has been carried out overnight and the problem, so far, appears to have been cured.😀😀 😀 I don't have VM Connect installed on my iPhone and I am not going to try installing it until I am sure to won't affect web access from my Hub. Re: Virgin community emails going straight to spam folder I have the same issue with iCloud email. Have tried using different email clients but it's still the same. Re: Can no longer get into the settings of my HUB 3 "Please can you share the solution with me." Basically - there isn't one that permanently fixes the issue! Re: Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app "Suspect the Connect app is on another device(s)."......If only that was the case😞 Re: Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app Kiaboy Thanks for the update. I haven't got VM Connect on my phone and I haven't been able to log on to the hub settings properly for months. Every so often I do a reset and on one occasion I got access to the Hub but not for long! What is interesting, and tends to support what others are saying about a lot of the Hub 4 routers being reissued/reconditioned, is my hub 4 was installed in May this year. It didn't come in a box, had no WIFI labels with it and no instructions. On the occasion that I did access the Hub I found network data going back long before the device was installed in my house. This problem with Hub 4 access has been going on since last year. Some of the Forum Team acknowledge the issue but nothing has been done. Re: Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app 'You can do all necessary settings by logging onto the Hub at 192.168.0.1. ' Which I and many others have tried and resetting it doesn't make the slightest difference, so I'll be interested to see how Kiaboy gets on! Re: Can’t access hub 4 settings or vm connect app This has been going for best part of the year now. VM are, grudgingly, acknowledging the problem but haven't come up with a solution yet. Don't hold your breath!
