Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app

Hub 4 no longer able to connect to VM app. Tried to reset, and reinstall the app, no matter what it still will not recognise or connect to the app. Using WiFi and Internet and network all work OK. E...

    This is a known problem. The Connect app doesn't work correctly with the Hub4..

    You need to remove the app from all devices, then do a factory reset on the Hub. You can do all necessary settings by logging onto the Hub at 192.168.0.1.
