You have to ask yourself which idiot at Virgin thinks it is OK to send stuff to customers like this? Bottom line, I need to send it back, cancel the upgrade and leave Virgin as I have had enough. I did the Virgin Media Connect app room test, I follow the link after the test , login to Virgin Account and it takes me to a section about Pods that just shows a 'chat with us' button, no option to order. I also tried Live Chat Support today, got disconnected twice, when I did get through they just wanted to sell me an upgrade, then eventually said they were transferring me another dept & I ended up back in the queue, gave up after about another 30 mins.
