Looking on Google's website, I think VM will need to do something at their end with Google for the whole domain. Re: Unable to see account details online Hi It doesn't work on any Windows laptop or Android phone/tablet in my household! This includes the app and Chrome/Edge as mentioned above. I consistently get the "oops" message above. Thanks. Re: Unable to see account details online Hi Thanks for the response. I get the same error in the latest Chrome, Edge and on the app. Clearing cookies made no difference. Re: Unable to see account details online Sorry, I should add this is on a desktop. Unable to see account details online Hi I'm not able to see information about my package or billing online. If I log in and click on "billing" under my account, it takes me to the help page - I click on billling and payments->view your bill->broadband, TV and landline and am taken back to the beginning again. I'm also not able to see any details about my current package or to change anything online. If I click on "view your deal" I am just taken to an error page saying "oops!". Is this going to be fixed soon? Thanks. Re: Recording through TV Go app What do you mean by "unsuccessfully"? Can you open the app and see your box? Do you get an error message? My box often tells me it's in rest mode and can't set any recordings until it's been switched on again, but despite no-one having been at home to physically do anything to it, it's somehow recorded the programme anyway. Re: Unable to order WiFi pods Me too. On installation of my new hub a few weeks ago, the engineer told me I could order pods through the app once I'd surveyed the rooms, and I couldn't. The online help and chatbot don't give any info about how to actually order, and send you round and round in circles. I assume this is a deliberate choice on VM's part, as they're not inexpensive bits of kit, but I don't have time to sit on hold for another hour to the call centre! Re: Can’t download on virgin go app (Under Investigation) Just want to add myself to the list of people struggling with downloads on the TV Go app. I don't mean downloading recordings directly from my V6 box through TV Control, but from the app which provides streaming and (allegedly) offline content. Programmes that have a download symbol available either show as "not available" when you click to download, or appear to download successfully from the series screen, but when you go to the downloads area, they briefly show as "available for 30 days", and then all switch to "not available", sometimes before you've had a chance to try playing them. I'm downloading to a Galaxy Tab S6. A few days ago I did successfully download and watch some shows from Sky History. Today I tried the next show from in the series and it started to download (or at least the progress bar increased) then failed after a few seconds without any meaningful error message other than that the download is "not available". I wonder whether the parental controls are also an issue. Sometimes it's needed and sometimes not, for the same programme. But sometimes it will try to stream or download without asking for one at all and then the app just crashes. (It would be nice to switch this feature off completely on the app, but it seems impossible.) All a big mess unfortunately.
