On my router led for internet was off, Hub 5 steady white led which has always been green in modem mode. Rebooted virgin router, logged in to check settings, and it had switched itself to router mode, and it will not switch back to modem mode. Had to preform full factory reset on Virgin Hub 5 and reconfigure before it would let me switch it back into modem mode. Has there been a software update for the Hub 5 overnight? Re: Switching to 360 from Sky Questions Not interested in sports, but some of Skys sports stuff is listed as available with the mega volt bundle plus movies that I don’t currently have with my Sky package. ive had Sky as my TV provider since it started, but with less and less content , constantly increasing prices, I think I can get far more from Virgin for the same money. i do have Apple and Netflix premium which I will probably keep watching separately on my Apple TV 4K box Switching to 360 from Sky Questions Hi, considering adding a TV service to my Virgin 1 gig broadband package with Volt benefits. I currently have a Virgin 1 gig bb service and two Volt O2 sims on my account, looking at what’s available with Virgin TV services I would get more channels for the same cost as my current Sky package. A 360 box would need another through wall coax connection as it will be too far from my router, would this be free? if Netflix standard is included, how much extra is the upgrade to Netflix 4k? Are any other 4k channels available, are they extra? Re: Hive Hub won't connect to Internet Open the Hive app on your smart phone or table, and it should give a message saying hive hub offline, follow the instructions and ask it to reconnect. This will take several minutes, but should reconnect and work again. I've had this a few times when swapping routers Re: Volt: Benefits for being with both Virgin Media and O2 Cancelled my Virgin mobile accounts and took out new ones with O2, then spent a while on O2 chat and Virgin chat to get everything sorted, all swapped over pretty easily, one SIM of the two updated to double data within a few hours, Virgin BB bumped up from 350 to 500 in just a day or so with no extra charges. Pretty happy, hope to get double data on the second SIM in the future, but will I get another speed bump to 1 Gig? LOL 😉 One SIM was due for a £15 early termination fee but not charged for that? (so far anyway)
