No Internet This Morning
Woke up today to find everything offline .
I use my own router TP Link AX72 with Hub 5.
On my router led for internet was off, Hub 5 steady white led which has always been green in modem mode.
Rebooted virgin router, logged in to check settings, and it had switched itself to router mode, and it will not switch back to modem mode.
Had to preform full factory reset on Virgin Hub 5 and reconfigure before it would let me switch it back into modem mode.
Has there been a software update for the Hub 5 overnight?
