Thanks for getting back to me and yes , mainly the free view type channels and sky one and other channels on essential pack , I have flex but no sports so not worried about that , can we watch the all channels from essential pack. Thanks Gary

Offered new contract via chat but account online says different amount
Offered contract via chat £36 a month 350 volt broadband and flex TV , I have screen shot conversation as proof . When I log in online it says £65 a month , what's going on , help please

Why is it so hard for Virgin to do the basics?
Added essential TV pack yesterday, email said I can use straight away , this still not working so called them up and the chap I spoke to said he will activate it now and will show right away , obviously still not showing , any help please
