Offered new contract via chat but account online says different amount

Offered contract via chat £36 a month 350 volt broadband and flex TV , I have screen shot conversation as proof .

When I log in online it says £65 a month , what's going on , help please

    Sorry to hear of your package concerns.  When did you agree on this new deal? It can take a few days for the system to update with any newly agreed deal, so you might find this hasn't been updated yet. If the package you agreed to has a 30-day notice period to remove any services, channels or add-ons, then this will be visible on the account a few days after the new package and contract is live.
