So are you saying they are the wrong instructions? I'm working through newapollos instructions and so far getting the same result ,volume and mute button not working,having had 2 V6 boxes before this and had no problems pairing I find it hard to understand why it's not working fully ,same TV as well ,I might have a faulty remote which needs replacing I don't know Re: Can't pair new RC with new v6 box Hi thanks I'm not at home now,when I come back later I'll give those methods a try Thanks I will let you know Re: Can't pair new RC with new v6 box Hi Yeah I swapped the batteries over for new On the V6 in settings the instructions are Press and hold clear and TV on remote until the light flashes green twice Press thumbs down 3x then ok The led will flash green twice press ok and the led will turn off The remote is now in IR mode , A message comes up saying ,the remote is paired with the V6 Nothing like the instructions you have kindly supplied Can't pair new RC with new v6 box Hi all I had a replacement V6 box fitted yesterday,works fine ,and a new remote ,but using it last night I noticed the volume control wasn't working, I unpaired the remote and followed the instructions in the settings to pair the remote with the V6 it seemed successful giving me the message it had paired successfully,but the volume button still wasn't working,I've tried another twice this morning but still no luck . I've done several WiFi tests through the connect app and I get the same speed,the max speed I got through the previous pod was 30 Mbps ? Hi all ,I received a replacement WiFi pod which connected pretty quickly with the connect app reporting the " connection is good " ,in my devices and Network there's a list of 4 pods " not connected" . I have only had 1 pod which was replaced last week . Also the WiFi speed is high in comparison to the other pod ,I never had a WiFi speed above 32 with the other pod installed yet this one gives a reading of 362 Mbps ,Broadband 382Mbps I'm curious to know why 4 pods are listed as not connected and why the speed is huge at 362 ?
