I can't explain, I can now gain access to both My Virgin media account and the Connect app using the same password that for the last few weeks wasn't being accepted Thanks Re: Can't sign in to my VM account Hi No I haven't received another phonecall Thank you Re: Can't sign in to my VM account Hi yeah got through straight away,but the 5 word recovery code wasn't accepted by now the number of " tries" had expired Since then I've phoned again and after giving details I was transferred to someone else who passed me to someone else and he's tried a few times with a recovery code but it's not being accepted,he said another agent will ring me later to try again ,it's possible I'm inputting an incorrect letter in because I really struggled to understand him ,he was too quick telling me the code and on my part there was a language problem,he was getting frustrated as was I asking him to repeat things clearer instead of saying alpha,hotel,delta etc...... So I'm stuck unless I do receive a phone call later . Re: Can't sign in to my VM account Hi they tell me they can't do this and to use the 5 word recovery account code . I've input this but I'm still not signed in and was sent another 5 word recovery code for if I ever needed to sign in this way again . I have 2 emails verifying the link with 02 in August and I was able to sign in both ,02 offered me the use of a passcode , VM didn't so I've used the password a few times which is saved in Google passwords but now the password isn't accepted,I try verify and I'm sent round in circles . Can't sign in to my VM account Hi all for some reason I cannot sign into my VM account or the connect app . I input my email and verified password but it's saying no, I have had the password verified months ago but now it will not accept it . It gives me an option to verify another way so I tap on it and receive a link in my email saying tap verify . I do that and it takes me to a page that's counting down and tells me to return to the previous screen but that's still asking for email and password I can get into my 02 account because I use a 4 digit code not the password. Today it's asking to connect to my home,sign in with a virgin media account,tap it and it brings up a page asking for my email input no password as usual ,so I sign in with email and it sends a verification email . I verify it and it sends me back to the same page ? Asking for email input then verification I've never encountered this before so I'm at a loss? Solved
