I was in the VM manage accounts pages so not a Mail app side. now wife cannot send or receive on the blueyonder account held for years. can this be recovered please? Slow Broadband after upgrading Hi all I’ve been on 100mb and at contract renewal upgraded to 250mb in June. there is no discernible improvement in speed and regular speed tests show around 60-75mb rarely above 80mb. what’s the problem here? using hub in modem mode with apple extreme WiFi router and expected better performance. I would expect the speed upgrade to show up at least sometimes! any help appreciated.
