Screenshot above in my original first post should say it all! I have LIMITED access by using Gmail, which as I have explained, can ONLY see the INBOX, and not the multiple custom folders that I have which have thousands of emails I have saved. Virgin Media and it's "I.T Team" are deliberately preventing me accessing my emails, and are doing so knowing it is causing me to become not only extremely vexed, but also ill as well. I feel like I am not going to get anywhere until I take out legal proceedings against VM for the utter malicious, vexatious deliberate delays, that are clearly deliberately intended to cause me to be ill, and the worst bit is that VM as a company, could not care less if I end up in hospital! I believe that Virgin as a company are discriminating against me, because I have disabilities, and they are exploiting them as an excuse for deliberately delaying a fix... I have now waited 16 days since I first raised my first ticket (9th) and had no proper access for around 3 weeks. This is nothing short of a liberty, and VM are making the situation worse by constantly deliberately delaying the resolution, and are doing so knowing that this is problem that they caused is making me ill! I cannot download my custom email folders as my new provider cannot see them (as it is not IMAP compatible, but only uses POP3), and therefore cannot download them. I am desperate to get access to my emails to move the custome folders contents to the inbox so that my new provider can download them. This is a most infuriating problem, that is making me ill with the time it has so far taken, we are now up to 2 weeks since I raised a ticket with thier "I.T Team". While they sit on thier chairs in thier little "back office" looking at tickets coming in from more and more frustrated customers like me, they just deliberately delay some more, every damn time. I think I am going to have to take this further now, as Virgin Media does not care about its customers and only seems to be interested in causing customers ill health instead! 2 WEEKS HAVE NOW GONE BY!!!!!
