Deliberately delayed access to email accounts??!

Can someone tell me why Virgin Media are deliberately delaying my access to my primary email address *@virginmedia.com address?

Virgin, are you that incompetent and so determined to procrastinate (DELIBERATE DELAY) a fix for this most frustrating problem!  I have waited 2 weeks so far!  STOP DELIBERATELY DELAYING AND PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT!!!!!

Hi it doesn't look as though they are actively delaying you instead that you started the process and it wants you to continue this process. I assume you have tried closing tabs and that hasn't helped?

If you have then the next step would be to clear your browser cache/history which should allow you to restart the process as described in this message.

I have tried all of this, on multiple computers...

At this point, I would probably get more luck talking to an amoeba!!!!!!

        Hi Lasky,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with completing the set up of your VM O2 ID. Based on the screenshot you've shared, it's asking you to go back to the verify email page. The process is designed so that you can do everything on the same page instead of needing to continue on different pages.

If you've not completed things at the time, it's likely you will need to go back to the start. You can find further help on setting up your VM O2 ID here.

        Many thanks,

Perhapps surprisingly, corrupt Virgin Media keep putting off fixes again and again to this problem.  While they sit on thier chairs in thier little "back office" looking at tickets coming in from more and more frustrated customers like me, they just deliberately delay some more, every damn time.  I think I am going to have to take this further now, as Virgin Media does not care about its customers and only seems to be interested in causing customers ill health instead!

2 WEEKS HAVE NOW GONE BY!!!!!  PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT AND STOP DELIBERATELY DELAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have found their offshore customer support centres are less than useless. I build servers, business networks (interally), build programs and so if I struggle to get proper information and resolutions i can only imagine for someone like my Mum for instance not in this position to get proper help.

One last thing to try is attempting to access/create the account from a device (such as a phone) but not connected to your Virgin wifi. If you have gone thourgh clearing cache, different device, different browser and so you will likely need some help from a Virgin team member on here or to ring their customer support (good luck I will pray for you)
