Wrong contract end date My contract ends 30th July 2024 however when I called Virgin they say it ends 7th July. The dates showing online don’t make any sense to me possibly confused due to me having initially accepted new contract a few months ago and then reverting to the original. I need to clarify immediately so that I can discuss contract renewal with them tomorrow which is 30 days before my contract ends. Although online it shows 7th July. would really appreciate someone picking this up so we can DM and get this sorted out please Re: New Contract Hi Matt I haven't spoken to anyone about this so can you please send me a PM so I can explain - I don’t want a new contract I want to remain on my existing contract which expires 31st July Thank you Geoff New Contract My contract is due to expire on 31st July and I have received a number of messages asking me to renew early / special offer etc etc. I opened one of these messages a few days ago just to look at the offers and there was nothing there of interest to me. But, Shortly after that I received pre contract information as if I had accepted one of the offers. I phoned immediately and was assured that I was still on my original contract but yesterday when I went into my online account it shows my contract started on 5th May and my phone service no longer had anytime calls. I phoned immediately and was told that I was still on my original contract even though looking at it online I wasn’t. Can someone please pick this one up so I can PM and get this clarified please. Got back to them and told them I wanted to revert to my original contract. Since then have had a few strange emails – the last one thanking me for making changes and telling me my new monthly payment would be close on double what I pay now !! Hope someone can help and I can them contact by PM for this to be investigated please Thank you. Call from 0161 Hi I have been having intermittent dropouts over past couple of weeks but hadn’t got round to calling about this yet. Just took a call from above number he said he was calling from Virgin and asked if I had had speed issues and dropouts in last few days - I said no and hung up.
