The pod if plugged-in to the electrical socket closest to the garage and the distance from Pod to wifi camera is approximately 10m The pod is warm and old and it needs replacing with a more stronger pod or WiFi Max connection. Best solution please VM Connect App still not working The app hasn't been working for several months now. When I try to connect, I get a message "we can't find your hub". I have reset the hub numerous times but to no avail. I have deleted the app from both my iPhone and iPad, reinstalled on iPhone only, ensured VPN and web shield are off but regardless of all this, the app still can't find the hub.
