I tried changing the live TV channel and it seemed to be trying to show that and the recording at the same time. It is a very intermittent problem but has happened on a few occasions. I did play around with it a bit and it only seemed to be a problem for one of my recordings - the rest played ok. It makes me wonder whether the problem originated from the original recording. Distortion when replaying recordings from Virgin Box I have an occasional issue when trying to watch recordings made on the hard drive of the Virgin Box when the picture and sound are distorted and unwatchable. It looks as if the TV is trying to show the recording and what ever TV programme is being shown live on the Virgin Box at the same time and they are clashing with each other. I have tried turning off the Virgin Box and the TV and restarting but have the same problem. This seems to be an intermittent problem. Any idea what is causing it and how I can resolved the problem. Thanks for any help with this. SolvedRe: Noisy Landline Thanks for your reply that I have only just found. We have a cordless phone that is plugged into the main socket and from this there are a further two cordless phones that link. We also have a further two phones that are plugged into extension sockets in different rooms of the house. We have tried the various things that you have suggested but non of them seem to resolve the crackling on the line. This varies from a mildly annoying background to making conversation almost impossible. It is not a problem we had until about a month ago and it has persisted ever since. When the crackling has been particularly bad we have called the other person back on mobile phones and there has been no crackling so the problem is not at their end. Thanks for your help. Almost caught me out because I had just changed my contract but luckily I realised just in time to stop me opening it. Noisy Landline Our Landline is very crackly which makes it very difficult to understand the other person on the call. This started about a month ago and has been getting progressively worse. A neighborhood search shows no problem in our area and we have tried various remedies suggested elsewhere on this Forum but none have resolved the issue. What can we do to resolve this problem ? Re: TV 360 Watchlist Thanks but I can't see anything there that answers my question TV 360 Watchlist I have recently upgraded (?) to TV 360 and am still getting to grips with the differences from the V6 version. Is there anyway of sorting my Watchlist choices alphabetically as they currently display in reverse order from when created which is not very user friendly !
