Contract renewal
Is it possible for someone to get back to me re contract renewal? I was looking at options and think I have already renewed, with existing levels of service, by inadvertently clicking on a button. I was trying to check that renewal wasn't going to be used as an excuse to replace my 360 with a Stream. I've got 14 days to cancel, but if I ask India, I'm not sure I could trust their answer..... For some reason, that link gives me a 403 Forbidden in Microsoft Edge. But it works in Chrome. Thanks. btw - I already had a 360 setup. It failed and they sent me a V6 complete with V6 leaflets and Remote as replacement!!! It took India to get it working after it not being able to find account information. Could Forum Team pass on details for returning faulty kit, following replacement please. The included leaflet tells you to go to http://www.virginmedia.com/recyclekit, which helpfully returns a 403! And with all the push to make us go to 360, why do they send a V6 out as replacement? I know it gets updated to 360 online, but all leaflets refer to V6, and a V6 remote is included. We've had the email that we need to move phone to fibre soon. Phone is on different floor to Hub, but copper wiring does have socket near hub. Can I have engineer to a) check that this wiring will work, and b) (presumably) disconnect copper wiring from street cabinet. Thanks627Views0likes2Comments
