TV GO on PC failed to link account TV GO app says I'm not linked to my Virgin Media O2 ID, so I enter my Virgin Media 02 email address. Get the email, click the link, and it opens up the main Login home page. Nothing happens with TV GO. Finally, I got locked out due to too many attempts. Attempts because in their wisdom VirginMedia decided to make their customers set up a VirginMedia 02 ID themselves, rather than migrating across! I finally got my Virgin Media account linked to my Virgin Media O2 ID, but Virgin TV GO refuses to link after an endless doom loop of verification emails that go nowhere. Anyone found a solution? Rant: Why is only Virgin Media that seems to make the simple, bewilderingly complicated!? Re: TV GO on PC failed to link account All i wanted to do is watch the football on my PC. .So far 30 mins of endless loops verifications and emails and text messages. Still not managed to login to TV GO. Once again, Virgin Media manage to make the simple absolutely bewildering! Re: Virgin (don’t) Go I've just stumbled across this problem. To add to the frustration, the way we'd like it to work is exactly how it works in Ireland! https://www.virginmedia.ie/customer-support/faqs-and-videos/my-virgin-media/add-another-user/ Re: Re: Renewed Contract and lost TNT Hi @Tom_W1, I've just had notification of the changes and it says the below. Is there anything you can do before I cancel. The below clearly contradicts what i signed up for when it said "without loosing a thing." On opening the contract it also says i have "Sky Entertainment & Cinema Ultra HD" as an add on, but the email screenshot below says I do not. Re: Re: Renewed Contract and lost TNT Thanks, goslow, I didn't see that thread last night when searching so useful stuff. I'll be sure to come back and update on what happens. Re: Re: Renewed Contract and lost TNT Thanks. I went with the change and will monitor TNT and get back to you if it's an issue. I have 14 days to cancel and the new services will be active 7-10 days so i'll have to be nimble. I'll likley cancel if TNT is not included, purely based on the principle of the 1st image ""without losing a thing." I'd call that misselling but i won't go through a complaints process again. Re: XGS-PON Gig1 Symmetrical upload - Complaint I'm afraid, it's a fact of life with VM. Re: Renewed Contract and lost TNT I'm in the same situation with the renewal link, but I'm dubious about using it because of the fear of losing TNT. This is what I see when clicking the renewal link. There is no mention of TNT at all throughout the process, other than the page where it says, "What I have now, and click the link to keep the same "without losing a thing. Call me suspicious, but I think I have PTSD from my last run-in with Virgin Medai, and the £450 I got back was not worth it! Re: Re: Renewed Contract and lost TNT Typical great comms from VM. I've not had any email about TNT sports being removed, only that my contract is coming to an end. In My Account, I can click a lick to renew the same services (TNT listed as an existing service), but when I click the link TNT is not listed. Call me cynical, but is it likely that TNT will disappear? I guess TNT maybe included in the Maxit TV bundle, but that is apparently discontinued there is no information about it. I'm dubious about clicking the renewal button - I still have PTSD from my last run in with Virgin Media dodgy practices - The £450 I got was not worth it!
