I have the App on my old iPhone 14 and it adds accounts as it always has and my PC also adds accounts OK. I can log in to all my email accounts via VM and everything is OK from a password point of view so I have assumed that this has something to do with app passwords but I am not sure or confident how to sort this out. Re: £33 a month difference in renewal offers Mine was initially way worse than that and even then there were errors in the typed transcript. Conveniently the SAR wasn’t recorded so I wasn’t happy. We did get there in the end but what should be a simple standard procedure is complicated, messy and controversial to say the least. Hope OFCOM do something about it because the whole experience is frustrating. First timers get treated better than long standing customers unless you fight like hell for the best deal. Satisfactory resolution reached and apologies accepted on my behalf. Glad to see that the UK based agents understand what’s going on in other parts of the world. Then when I did the agent denied and renaged on this. I want a phone call if possible please
