Can’t add email accounts

I have an iPhone 16 and have installed the Outlook App but I cannot add any of my emails ending in virginmedia.com but I have been able to add my ntlworld account without a problem.

I have the App on my old iPhone 14 and it adds accounts as it always has and my PC also adds accounts OK.

I can log in to all my email accounts via VM and everything is OK from a password point of view so I have assumed that this has something to do with app passwords but I am not sure or confident how to sort this out.
