Hi Robertlain, Have you tried saving the spam as "Save as file" (or "Save as EML" if you're using a separate email app / interface other than webmail)?. That prevents the scum-mail from being blocked by Virgin if you're trying to send it to "phishing @ gov.uk". I've been using "phishing @ gov.uk" for a while, but have found SpamCop (.net) to be a very useful place to send crud to (saved as EML) and very affective. For some reason when (if) you're registering on SpamCop, your own Virgin email address needs to be added to the Mailhost list by requesting it to be added by them rather than the usual method of setting it up yourself. Just hit the Help tab and send in a request at the bottom of the page. A bit long-winded, but worth it to cut the cr*p from getting to you. DON'T do what I did, after being informed they'd granted permission. I didn't realise they'd set up the mailhost for the troublesome email following my request, so deleted the mailhost, and re-initiated attempting to add it myself..... it doesn't work !!! I'd contacted Virgin via chat earlier today to see if there were any updates on handing my kit over & check to see that I would be due a refund on the time I'd been without TV service. Assistant (human) confirmed I would be compensated for the missing time / TV. I check my spam folders regularly, which is where I still find email alerts about all of these forum messages !!). I view the Watchlist on my tablet (&/or phone) via Virgin TV Go app , and screenshot n' scroll through to the bottom once in a while.
