I've just received my box to replace my Tivo box, but VM said they would post a remote through my letter box for the upgrade from V6 to 360, but nothing has arrived yet. How easy is it to upgrade to 360 from TiVo? I understand that the upgrade from the V6 Box to 360 is straightforward, but how easy is it to upgrade from a Tivo box? I ask because I am an "oldie" and not particularly techie. Also does the Tivo box have to be returned? Thank you. (no subject) I am having the same problem. Had some difficulty contacting VM but eventually after testing my router, they decided to send me a new one which arrived today and all installed. My only gripe is difficulty in contacting VM but thanks. I need wi fi as I am on dialysis. No power to my V6 Box There is no power to my V6 Box.
