I understand that the upgrade from the V6 Box to 360 is straightforward, but how easy is it to upgrade from a Tivo box? I ask because I am an "oldie" and not particularly techie. Also does the Tivo box have to be returned? Thank you.
TiVo's are hardware swapped, they are not capable of accepting the Horizon-software that drives TV360.
TiVo's are being actively removed from VM's network and aren't normally expected back.
Think carefully whether you really want to.
If you are very unhappy with the Tivo and really want something different, go for the "upgrade". Otherwise, stay with what you know.

There's a couple of different ways to upgrade from a TIVO to a TV360 box.
1) We arrange a 'Quickstart' delivery of the TV360 along with instructions on how to get this installed, and returns packaging for the TIVO.
2) We can arrange an engineers appointment to get the new equipment set up and installed for you. They can then also take away the TIVO in the appointment.

I've just received my box to replace my Tivo box, but VM said they would post a remote through my letter box for the upgrade from V6 to 360, but nothing has arrived yet.
