It happens on anything that requires a PIN. It used to do it on and off but now seems to request it twice all the time now. The TiVo is in another room without a TV attached. Hi, I’ve noticed recently that when I watch programmes recorded on my TiVo via my V6, if the PIN is required it’s asking me for it at least twice before playing. I have never changed the PIN from the factory setting so I know I’m putting in the right PIN. Does this happen to anyone else and does anyone know why this is happening? Same in Leeds. Seems this is a Critical Incident affecting the whole of the UK. Having worked for Virgin up until 2017 I know they will be on it and dealing with it with the utmost urgency. We’ll just have to sit it out until fixed. Luckily I have plenty of stuff downloaded on the DVR I can watch.95Views0likes0CommentsLast 7 days EPG TV Guide
I had to have my V6 swapped yesterday as the old ones HDD had become corrupt. I’ve noticed that the EPG Guide is not showing the previous 7 days. It currently only shows going back to midnight yesterday Friday 28/03 am and should be showing back to this time last Saturday, currently 10am 29/03/25. Prior to midnight yesterday, so from Thursday going back to last Saturday, it just shows Upcoming programmes. The info box at the top says Title not available and no information available. I can’t find out in the settings how to change this so I can see the last 7 days for catch up purposes. Anyone know how to amend the guide please? TIASolved98Views0likes2Comments
