Last 7 days EPG TV Guide
I had to have my V6 swapped yesterday as the old ones HDD had become corrupt. I’ve noticed that the EPG Guide is not showing the previous 7 days. It currently only shows going back to midnight yesterday Friday 28/03 am and should be showing back to this time last Saturday, currently 10am 29/03/25. Prior to midnight yesterday, so from Thursday going back to last Saturday, it just shows Upcoming programmes. The info box at the top says Title not available and no information available. I can’t find out in the settings how to change this so I can see the last 7 days for catch up purposes. Anyone know how to amend the guide please? TIA
The EPG is "front" loaded, so the box receives advance information up to today only. The box then stores them until they expire at the 7 day limit. Hence you only see the past EPG from the date the box was installed & you will have to wait for your box to build up the 7 previous days EPG from the current programmes.
