Unfortunately the VM hubs do not have a good reputation when it comes to UPNP, even the Hub 3. The best solution is usually to get a third party router and put the hub into modem mode. The old Xbox forums had a thread where users would recommend routers that worked well with multiple consoles, but the link I have no longer works. ______________________ Scott My setup: VM TV 360 box, M350 Fibre broadband with a Hub 3. We ran four tests on each, and found the average ping of the wired connection was 16 ms with a jitter of 7 ms. The Wi-Fi connection had an average ping of 60 ms, with a jitter of 20 ms. That would present a very noticeable difference in game.” https://www.howtogeek.com/217463/wi-fi-vs.-ethernet-how-much-better-is-a-wired-connection/#:~:text=As%20an%20example%2C%20we%20tested,a%20very%20noticeable%20difference%20ingame. ______________________ Scott My setup: VM TV 360 box, M350 Fibre broadband with a Hub 3. Re: CS3400 Error message Dazeasty wrote: When trying to access my recordings i get a 'Content unavailable' CS3400 Error message, i've unplugged everything and restarted but still got the issue, any advice please? VM are aware of this issue and it is being investigated. It is an issue upstream of your box, so restarting it won’t help. I also have the issue and have resorted to my TVs iPlayer app to watch at least one of the programmes I recorded. ______________________ Scott My setup: VM TV 360 box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3. I'm hacked you and stolen you information Teknophobe wrote: Moral of the story seems to be not to use the same password on different sites ... but that is also a problem for us old geezers. I'm going to have to think about that.. A password manager is a good solution for everyone to avoid using the same password on different sites, not just old geezers 😉 In the past I used the free version of Last Pass, but they recently started charging for using it on more than one device. I now use Bitwarden which can be used on multiple devices for free. Even the paid version is only $10 a year. https://bitwarden.com/ ______________________ Scott My setup: VM TV 360 box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router.
