New 360 Box with no connector cable adaptor Hope someone can help me here (edited as I finally got through to someone but I have no idea if he understood me and ordered the right thing) I have just received a new 360 box to replace our old Tivo, but it hasn't come with a connector cable adaptor which is needed to connect the exiting white connector (coax) cable to the new TV box. To clarify, we didn't have an adaptor to connect the old Tivo box, as the install is that old. Can anyone in Virgin check that the correct adaptor is being sent to me, at one point he was placing an order for a new power adaptor! Connector Cable adaptor missing in 360 box upgrade (sorry, I've posted this twice as I realised I accidentally put it in the Broadband category instead of TV) Hope someone can help me here as I have just spent 30 minutes trying to get through the automated voice on the phone to speak to an advisor to no avail. I have just received a new 360 box to replace our old Tivo, but it hasn't come with a connector cable adaptor which is needed to connect the connector cable to the new TV box. How do I get one? The chat option isn't working and I can't speak to anyone on the phone so I am now stuck with a TV box that I can't install.
