New hub 4, but missing parts?
Hi, We've had problems with our hub 4, so we were offered another router. However, when it arrived there was no paperwork, there was no tools (spanner) and no slip with the routers details on. Luckily we were able to set up, but if it had been sent to a novice, they would have had problems anyone else had this?34Views0likes2CommentsHub 4 Connected device names
Hi, I've just got a hub 4, but only it shows my connected devices "Other" and the MAC addresses I've tried to edit them by going to Home-Connected devices, but i cant and by going to modem-advanced-wireless, but only a couple are showing? and I can't change them Any ideas please, Thanks for your help50Views0likes3Comments- 112Views0likes0Comments

Hi, I find it very difficult to find previous episodes of series I've been watching. Also previous series too. (Sky witness especially) Since switching over to 360 from TiVo V6. Hi, Just spent nearly an hour trying to sort out problems with my Hub 4 and trying to change for a Hub 5. I hate this online chat nonsense! They told me that the hub 5 only works with 1Gb broadband, is that true? (that's not what I've read) I have several devices that can now use Wifi 6, but my Hub 4 doesn't support it We've had these pods things, but we have an old property, and they don't really help. we've had 3 routers replaced, but what goods that.
