I hate this online chat nonsense! They told me that the hub 5 only works with 1Gb broadband, is that true? (that's not what I've read) I have several devices that can now use Wifi 6, but my Hub 4 doesn't support it We've had these pods things, but we have an old property, and they don't really help. we've had 3 routers replaced, but what goods that. Thanks Virgin Media Hub 4 Password Problem So, Been having problems for a while, engineer came and renewed the Hub 4 and on the Bottom is a Wifi password The same password is printed on some stickers he gave us, but when i try to use it they don't work? the only way to link to the hub by laptop is by pushing the WPS button but our TV and Phones don't have this option any ideas please Thanking you in anticipation Hub 4 Password Hi, I have had problems with accessing my Hub 4 I changed the password from the default on to one of mine, however I've forgotten it and now can't access my VM Hub 4 Any ideas how i can access it? Just spent all weekend trying to set up a "WD MY CLOUD HOME" first i couldn't get it to work with the software it came with (Acronis WD Edition) so i upgraded to the 2018 version, i paid extra for them to set it up, but even with remote access for 4 hours! they couldn't get it to work. I spent 4 hours on the phone with WD, 3 hours with remote access, they can't get it to work either? they all blame the Hub3. Is there any way i can connect/use a back up drive (NAS OR USB) to my HUb3 ? Thanks
