Hub 4 Connected device names

Hi,

 

I've just got a hub 4, but only it shows my connected devices "Other" and the MAC addresses

I've tried to edit them by going to Home-Connected devices, but i cant

and by going to modem-advanced-wireless, but only a couple are showing? and I can't change them

Any ideas please,

    Do not pause any of the 'other' or 'unknown' devices, the result is always the same some critical device such an office laptop or its VPN stop working.

    It's not a useful record of connected devices, particularly as many change their MAC codes. Best not to use it.
