New hub 4, but missing parts?

Hi,

 

We've had problems with our hub 4, so we were offered another router.

 

However,

 

when it arrived there was no paperwork, there was no tools (spanner) and no slip with the routers details on. Luckily we were able to set up, but if it had been sent to a novice, they would have had problems

 

anyone else had this?
